Matt Miller

Matt Miller serves as President, Care Delivery & Provider Enablement at Carelon and Elevance Health (NYSE: ELV).

As COO at The Oncology Institute (NASDAQ: TOI), he led Field Operations, Centralized Operations, Utilization Management, Pop Health, New Market Implementation, Technology, and Ancillary P&Ls.

At Landmark, Matt built and led a team to develop and improve Landmark’s home-based interdisciplinary care program, helping grow the company to serve complex chronic patients across 13 states and delivering significant hospital admission reductions, 5-star quality outcomes, and excellent patient satisfaction.

As a junior partner at McKinsey, he worked with payers and other healthcare clients to drive value-based care, as a leader within the firm's Healthcare Systems and Services Practice.

Matt earned an MD and MBA at UCLA and graduated Harvard University with an AB in Biology (class of 1999).
