Muon Space is an aerospace startup focused on building a low‑Earth orbit smallsat constellation for climate and environmental monitoring. The company designed, built, and launched its first satellite, MuSat‑1, in  2023 via SpaceX’s Transporter‑8 from Vandenberg, successfully establishing the Muon Halo platform.

This satellite and subsequent MuSat‑2 and MuSat‑3 missions are equipped with next‑gen microwave, hyperspectral, electro‑optical, and RF sensors to support climate, wildfire, ocean wind, soil moisture, and national security applications. Muon’s Muon Halo offering features Sellable C3 ground control, cloud‑based tasking, and payload integration services, allowing customers to deploy turnkey missions.

The company has secured U.S. Government and NRO contracts and expects to launch a growing constellation of climate Earth‑intelligence satellites.
