After rapid expansion, including a 2021 NYSE listing and sports sponsorship deals, the company shifted in early 2024 from direct retail to a marketplace model—partnering with over 5,000 dealers and featuring more than 200,000 listings—to leverage its brand and tech platform. Cazoo was acquired by MOTORS in 2025.
